Working with Andy and the team at QTC Build was an absolute dream. We worked really well collaboratively on our Melbourne Smiles Denture Clinic / Melbourne Smiles Dental Laboratory fitout from design, planning and the actual build. Everything went to schedule and we are so proud and happy with our new clinic in Caulfield. Huge thanks to Andy, Leon and the rest of the crew!!! Your brought my vision to life! Highly recommend!!!! We recently completed a 720sqm fitout with Andy and his team. One always worries when your spending the level of money involved and you have a knowledge gap whereby you must put a high level of trust in what they are telling you and recommending throughou the process. Fromt the very beginning it was clear Andy had a level of knowledge and competency that allow him to stand out from the competitor builders we also sort quotes from. His ability to conceptually understand what we were trying to do and acheive and put that into his plan drawings/plans, whilst also juggling all the rules and regulations to ensure code compliance across all aspects of the build is a huge 'value-add' in our decision to proceed with QTC. The other impressive element of the overall job, was his teams ability to complete the project on time and on budget (of course you still need to factor a few changes and or budget provisions, as the project rolls out). His build team, lead by Leon also kept up in the loop and were very helpful in explaining elements of the build and decision being made, so the overall communication also allowed for a smooth project. Post hand-over:  the after project care has also been first class, with follow-ups on small issues or ideas for improving our step up.
