About QTC Build
QTC Build is a Melbourne commercial fitout and construction company. We specialise in office fitouts, clinic fitouts, make goods, spec suites, refurbishments, and commercial relocations across metropolitan Melbourne. Every project is managed personally, from the first site visit through to handover and beyond.
Our Story
QTC Build launched in 2021 because Andy Bazik believed the fitout process could be simpler, more honest, and less stressful for clients than it typically is. After close to two decades working in the commercial construction industry, he set up QTC Build to offer something different: a single contact person who knows the job inside out, tells you the truth, and is still returning your calls after the project is done.
The business name says it plainly. Q, T, C: Quality Assured, Time Sensitive, Cost Effective. These aren’t marketing words. They’re the three things clients consistently need from a fitout company, and the three things Andy built the business around.
Based in Carlton, QTC Build has delivered fitouts across Melbourne’s CBD, inner suburbs, and beyond, covering offices, medical and dental clinics, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. The projects vary. The approach doesn’t.

Andy Bazik — Director
Andy has spent the past 20 years working in commercial construction, delivering projects for business owners, developers and commercial property groups throughout Melbourne. Over that time, he has been involved in every stage of the construction process, from early planning and design through to project delivery and handover.
Holding a degree in Construction Management, a trade qualification in Shopfitting, and registration as a Commercial Builder with the Victorian Building Authority (Registered Building Practitioner CCB-L 71336), Andy brings a practical, hands-on approach to every project. His background allows him to look beyond the drawings, considering how spaces will be built, how they will function day to day, and how to achieve the best outcome without unnecessary cost or complexity.
Andy enjoys working closely with clients to understand their business, identify opportunities to add value, and deliver spaces that are functional, well considered and built to a high standard. He believes successful projects are built on clear communication, honest advice and strong relationships, with the same level of care and attention given from the initial conversation through to project completion.

How We Work
One contact person, the whole way through.
You’ll deal with Andy from the first conversation to final handover. Not a sales team, not a coordinator you’ve never met. One person who knows your project and is accountable for the outcome.
Straight answers on budget and scope.
We’ll tell you what’s realistic for your budget and what isn’t. If there’s a problem on site, you’ll hear about it straight away, not at the end when it’s already caused a delay. That’s how you avoid the surprises that make fitouts stressful.
We show up after handover.
The relationship doesn’t end when you move in. If something needs attention, call us. Andy is still in contact with clients from years ago. That’s how it should be.
